Refund policy

Policy Duration: 30 days from delivery for return requests.

Returns

We only accept returns if the artwork or product has arrived with visible and significant damage or has been damaged during transport. Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork/product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and without additional damage, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or other valid receipt is also required.

In the case of an approved return due to damage, the artwork/product must be returned with careful and secure packaging, equivalent to the original shipment. Return shipping costs in this case are covered by ArtBySleepy. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Contact us if the artwork/product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and proceed with an appropriate solution.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)

For orders within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, unless the item is a custom-made or personalized product.

In the case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The product must be returned in the same condition and with secure packaging as received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork/product:

• We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider for the refund to appear
• If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at:sleepyartinfo@gmail.com
