Shipping Rates & Duties
Shipping costs for limited edition prints include customs duties and taxes. For time-limited and open edition prints, any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
For original artworks, ArtBySleepy covers all shipping costs, including import duties and taxes.

Shipping discounts may be available depending on your country. Feel free to contact us at sleepyartinfo@gmail.comand we’ll let you know if a reduced shipping rate can be arranged.
General
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping and contact details are accurate.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us at sleepyartinfo@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed. If returned, reshipping costs will apply.
Shipping Estimates
Greece: 1–15 business days
European Union: 5–30 business days
UK, Norway, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 5–30 business days
Delays may occur due to couriers or customs.
International Shipping
We currently ship only to:
Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Estonia, Norway, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at sleepyartinfo@gmail.comto check if we can arrange shipping to your location.
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to respond to customs may result in return and reshipping costs.
Refunds for returned orders will exclude original shipping costs.
